Dennis Baer

Dennis Baer – modest, high-energy, finance and operations wizard – builds upon his deep economic and operational knowledge and breadth of experience to provide financial leadership essential to OK Labs success. With expertise gained at venture-backed start-ups and communications industry heavyweights, Dennis was instrumental in securing OK Labs investments from Chrysalis Ventures, Citrix, and Neo Technology Ventures.

Prior to OK Labs, Dennis was Vice President of Finance at Spirent Communications where he built bridges across Spirent divisions, optimized product portfolios for strategic growth, and enhanced profitability across Spirent product lines. As Director of Finance and Operations at Teradyne, Dennis streamlined operations while negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with some of the world’s largest telecom service providers. Previously as Vice President and CFO of Clear Communications, Dennis raised two rounds of funding and launched strategic marketing initiatives for impressive revenue growth and profitability. In addition to his financial experience, Dennis has led human resources and administrative teams, and worked closely with manufacturing, systems test, administration, and IT. 

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Management in Accounting and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
