Grant Cushny

Grant Cushny – outdoorsman, operations wonk, and customer hero – leads OK Labs professional services programs. Grant is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in technical business management, delivering process excellence, programs, products, and services to telecom and utility customers. He boasts an impressive track record in strategic business development, technical product engineering, acquisition integration, and professional services program development.

Prior to OK Labs, Grant served as the Executive Director of Services, Sales Operations and Program Management at Tollgrade Communications, spearheading planning and implementation of strategic product and service development programs. Earlier, as the Division General Manager and VP Sales and Professional Services of Teradyne Broadband Test Division, he drove worldwide sales and built relationships with AT&T, Verizon, British Telecom, Deutsche Telecom, and other tier I communications customers. Grant also repositioned Teradyne for its ultimate acquisition by Tollgrade Communications.

Grant holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
