Open Kernel Labs will have a presence at the Isolation and Integration in Embedded Systems (IIES) workshops which will be hosted in affiliation with the 2008 EuroSys conference. At this workshop, Gernot Heiser will present on his most recent paper, The Role of Virtualization for Embedded Systems this year’s EuroSys conference. Heiser will cover an introduction to virtualization, properties of embedded systems, virtualization use cases, limits of virtualization, and suitable technologies.
In addition to presenting at IIES, Heiser serves on the program committee for EuroSys 2008.
