High Performance Microkernel Links with Leading Provider of Embedded Linux for Mobile Applications 

CHICAGO AND SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA -June 18, 2007 —Open Kernel Labs (OK), a global provider of operating systems and virtualization technology, today announces joining the MontaVista® Software Partner Program. OK’s complimentary software technology brings added security, reliability and trustworthiness to embedded mobile applications based on MontaVista Mobilinux. Since 2005, shared customers have been implementing the integrated OK and MontaVista products. OK’s open source OKL4 microkernel and virtualization technology provides mobile developers with the ability to protect IP and increase the robustness and affordability of their applications through a proven, high performance microkernel.
