Rob McCammon will present at RTECC Santa Clara, discussing the benefits of OK Labs high performance microkernel, OKL4. McCammon will present OKL4 as the best choice to meet the security requirements developer’s face today. Operating systems must have additional fine-grained partitioning, information flow control, more secure resource management, and the ability to run security critical software in an execution environment with a much smaller trusted computing base.
McCammon will discuss virtualization as one of the solutions addressing the problem of software complexity in today’s modern embedded computing devices.
